We will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Just use the contact form so we can sort it out.

Generally, we will accept returns but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the amount of the items minus the original shipping costs.


Items are shipped two times a week via USPS.

  • Orders received by Tuesday at 10 PM CST go out on Wednesday.
  • Orders received by Thursday at 10 PM CST go out on Friday.

Domestic shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for orders sent with an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address.
